The Committee took evidence from Jane Hutt AM, Minister for Finance and Government Business.
The Minister undertook to provide the Committee with information regarding the protocol for government White Papers and draft Bills and a note on the changes made to the draft Human Transplantation (Wales) Bill as a result of consultation prior to its subsequent introduction.
